I agree it’s probably a mistake. It’s $150 less than the 64GB model.

I think Best Buy is trying to clear some selected iPad Pro inventory. Also up to $400 off on 12.9" some models( i.e. Space Gray WI-FI 512GB is $949).

I ordered a silver 12.9" 1tb cellular for $600 off ($650 with that extra $50 student discount). That also appears to have been a pricing error, as that's what the current sale price is now for the 512gb model. No stores nearby had stock so I had to have them ship it... we'll see if they honor it.

Edit: Best Buy tells me it has shipped.

Awesome deal. Congrats! :)

Edit:
I totally don't need a new 12.9 right now but gotta say, I sorta kinda regret not getting one at that price. :p

Yeah, it was a mistake. The 256 model was moved to the price of what the 64gb model was supposed to be. Same for the 12 inch. They readjusted its price by 200 higher now as well, but they're honoring the prices for anyone who ordered.

I kinda learned my lesson when the same device was on sale for $450 off on Amazon 3 weeks ago. Did not hesitate this morning... worst case I could just return it if I decided I really didn't want it, or turn around and sell it for a couple hundred more than I paid for it.

Lol, I need to reserve my funds for a 1TB 11". I hate selling privately. Don't wanna risk getting scammed. :p

Yeah, there's that. Risk, and just hassle in general-- I hate selling stuff. Now we'll see if there's a 2019 model and whether it makes me wish I'd waited :p

Honestly, I was set on waiting on the 12.9" for later in the fall and was interested in a 2018 11". Guess I'll hold off on that 11" now...

Lol, I pretty much just want 11" 1TB LTE (unlocked). If I could get one for ~$1200-ish brand new, with warranty, I'd go for it now.

If I had been in the market for 12.9 1TB, I totally wouldn't regret jumping on that $1299 deal now instead of waiting.
