Possible pricing mistake at Best Buy. It's 674.99 and then you add the student discount for another 50 off. There's a 400 dollar off deal on the 12 inch model as well.

I think Best Buy is trying to clear some selected iPad Pro inventory. Also up to $400 off on 12.9" some models( i.e. Space Gray WI-FI 512GB is $949).I agree it’s probably a mistake. It’s $150 less than the 64GB model.
I just grabbed the 11" version at that price. Also the 128gb at $299 for the wife.

Are they honoring the deal for those who got in on it?
Awesome deal. Congrats!I ordered a silver 12.9" 1tb cellular for $600 off ($650 with that extra $50 student discount). That also appears to have been a pricing error, as that's what the current sale price is now for the 512gb model. No stores nearby had stock so I had to have them ship it... we'll see if they honor it.
Edit: Best Buy tells me it has shipped.
No. Best Buy has regularly (every 4-6 weeks) run sales on iPad Pros for years. And every time there's a sale, people think it is because a new model will soon be available.Could it be any sign of 4th gen iPad Pro?

Then even more reason that it wasn't some kind of inventory-clearance-move-to-make-way-for-new-models.This was more than a sale. It was obviously a mistake.
I kinda learned my lesson when the same device was on sale for $450 off on Amazon 3 weeks ago. Did not hesitate this morning... worst case I could just return it if I decided I really didn't want it, or turn around and sell it for a couple hundred more than I paid for it.Awesome deal. Congrats!
Edit:
I totally don't need a new 12.9 right now but gotta say, I sorta kinda regret not getting one at that price.
Lol, I need to reserve my funds for a 1TB 11". I hate selling privately. Don't wanna risk getting scammed.I kinda learned my lesson when the same device was on sale for $450 off on Amazon 3 weeks ago. Yeah, there's that. Risk, and just hassle in general-- I hate selling stuff. Now we'll see if there's a 2019 model and whether it makes me wish I'd waitedLol, I need to reserve my funds for a 1TB 11". I hate selling privately. Don't wanna risk getting scammed.

Lol, I pretty much just want 11" 1TB LTE (unlocked). If I could get one for ~$1200-ish brand new, with warranty, I'd go for it now.Yeah, there's that. Risk, and just hassle in general-- I hate selling stuff. Now we'll see if there's a 2019 model and whether it makes me wish I'd waited
Honestly, I was set on waiting on the 12.9" for later in the fall and was interested in a 2018 11". Guess I'll hold off on that 11" now...
I did the same thing and picked it up about an hour ago....not I need to decide if i will keep it.I kinda learned my lesson when the same device was on sale for $450 off on Amazon 3 weeks ago.
