I purchased this model in 11/18. About 6 months after I started getting SIM Failure and No SIM errors. After a day or two the iPad lost all indications that I had cellular. The cellular screen was blank and nothing could be added. Everything about cellular disappeared from the About screen. After going through resets and every fix the techs could think of my iPad Pro 11 was replaced. This was fine for about two months, then the SIM Failure and No SIM errors started up again. I got it replaced again. It was fine for about 2 months again and now once again the same thing is happening. It is intermittent and then goes away for awhile. Has anyone else had this experience? I just upgraded to 13.1.2. The problem still continues. I am only using the embedded SIM in the iPad. I have AT&T.

I wonder if it’s something with the embedded sim. Did you talk to Apple techs or AT&T techs, or both? Have you tried an AT&T sim yet?

I haven’t had any problems with my Mini 4 or Pro 11 with AT&T SIM cards. I’m running 12.4.1 on the Pro 11 and 13.1.2 on the Mini 4

It is the embedded SIM. I have talked to all the techs before. I am frustrated that this issue has not been resolved.
