Hey guys,

So I am looking for a powerbank for my ipad pro and found this one from cygnett called the "ChargeUp Pro 20,000" and it has USB C PD output:

5V, 9V, 12V and 14.5V @3A and 20V@ 2.25A.

From other posts I know that iPad pro 2018 does up to 15V and 2A for fast charging, not really sure about the technicalities but would this mean that ipad pro wouldn't support the 14.5V? Just curious because it's pretty close to 15V. I don't really drain my ipad battery to 0%, or at least not to as I heard its pretty bad but I did once got it to about 8% and it look around 2 and half hours to charge it back 100% so looking for powerbank that may charge it faster when im out or forgot to charge it.

Edit: here is a link of the product https://www.cygnett.com/products/20-000mah-usb-c-power-bank-in-black

Not sure about their availability elsewhere, but theyre sold in almost all australian electronic shops.

Just noticed your location, but will post this anyway in case available there. I just got this one and it's amazing:

DO NOT GET THIS. IT DOESN’T SUPPORT USB-C POWER DELIVERY

This is fine. Apple’s original USB-C PD charger was 29W = 14.5V x 2A. 15V will negotiate at 14.5V without issues, except at very slightly lower speeds of course.

I see, that must be why they used 14.5v for MacBook compatibility. Well thanks I’m going to grab one before boxing day sale ends.

Edit: Went out and bought it. It works perfectly on ipad pro, haven’t noticed if its faster than normal charger or not though.
