iPad Pro 11in Not Mirroring Monitor

Hooked up my new HP 27in curved Z4N74AA to my iPad Pro, the iPad Pro sees it in the display settings but doesn't mirror the screen. When I plug into my 2018 MacBook Air it mirrors fine

Using a USB-C to displayport cable... what's the issue im having? Would appreciate help!
