IPad pro 12.9 Bluetooth icon disappear periodically on status bar?

Mine is on 9.2.1 granted, but I've seen it maybe two times or so in the past week of having the iPad pro.

Thing is when it just happened again, I grabbed my Apple pencil and immediately the icon re-appeared and lit up in synced mode.

I tend to think its either a bug or an idle thing? I dunno

Nobody ever replied to it though (not my post), so I'm assuming it's a fluke I dunno though

I guess if it syncs right away and functionality works, no cause of concern. iOS bugs always just irk me though, like resprings on iOS 6 and other random versions onwards getting it even STOCK.

Luckily my pro has not resprung once like I'm reading about 9.7 pro, that would make me freak out 😀

I have had a couple of different iPad Pro 12.9 models but haven't had this issue. Maybe a hard reset would resolve it?

yeah probably worth a shot,

the fact that when the icon disappeared and i grabbed the pencil and synced up, is a good sign it isnt a hardware issue

i dont want this raining on my parade 🙂

seems it may be normal, since they talk about different icon cycles
would make sense to not show sometimes when not paired with anything for a little while, but i duno

Hard reset didn't solve it , but I noticed when it disappeared again, swiping up to get control center made it re-appear

Must be an odd 9.2.1 bug or something I don't know, but I guess as long as it instantly responds to pencil waking it up, or control center, I guess shouldn't care right? No hiccups using pencil ever either

Edit- Also noticed when it disappears and I go into settings or safari or anything else it comes back so it's just a bug in not showing it on home screen
