iPad Pro Ipad Pro 12.9 USB 3.0 files transfer in Itunes?

Hi. Is it possible to transfer files in Itunes and utilize USB 3.0 speed? I want to transfer movies to VLC app in Itunes. Do I need a new Camera adapter to do that? Did you test it?
