So I was thinking I have an external Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad. I was thinking why not just use a kickstand case and when traveling take my accessories. I don’t like not being able to use a case with the new iPad Magic Keyboard. Plus when you remove it off the stand typing now becomes next to impossible Thoughts?

Totally viable option - the Smart Folio, Bluetooth keyboard and mouse or Magic Trackpad. Good, flexible mobile setup.

That said, I prefer the Magic Keyboard case much of the time simply because I use mine on my lap on trains, buses, sofas etc.

Logitech makes a nice folio keyboard which also has a detachable keyboard and a case for the actual iPad. It’s also about $100 cheaper. I’ve always used the Logi ones but this time on my M4 iPad Pro 13in I went with the $350 Magic Keyboard.

I bought the keyboard, pencil and Smart Folio. The keyboards is vastly improved over the previous but I still returned as I very seldom used it on my previous M2 12.9” iPad, it sat in a drawer. For the cost of the new one, I returned it and saved the money. The new keyboard is nice though.
