Hello,
So the problem is I cant decide if I should buy the 2017 Pro or the new Air.
They cost the same right now, both being brand new.
I mainly gonna use it for drawing, so I dont care about the speakers or camera.
Please help me decide. :)

But what about the longevity? The future updates and everything.
Bunch of ppl say A12 is better for that, but then others say that the RAM matter more.
Its my first time buying an iPad.

For eg I still use Note 4. It was released in 2014, but I bought it in 2015. Even tho the phone is quite old now, it still runs great.

But since I never used an Apple product apart from iPod Nano 2nd Gen, I dont know what to do :(

If you don't care for the speakers, then get iPad Air 3.

However, I do recommend the iPad Pro because the 4 way speakers audio quality is significantly better and it's stereo (huge PLUS!). Actually, that's the only reason why I would recommend the iPad Pro.

As for future proof, the iPad Pro 2017 is already pretty fast. For drawing purposes it's definitely more than powerful enough.

When drawing, you're probably not going to notice the 120Hz ProMotion because I doubt you will be drawing so fast to realise that ProMotion happening. There's a reason why all Youtube reviews show off ProMotion by swiping the icons on the home screen. LOL. When you're drawing, you're just moving your Apple Pencil across a small distance, not like the icons traveling across huge distance or you scrolling web pages that fast.

So Ive decided to buy the iPP.
I think the "white spot" issue aint gonna be that bad for me. And Id rather have 4gb of RAM instead of 3gb (my phone has 3gb so I want more for the iPad).
My laptop already has a small crack on its screen and that doesnt bother me all :D

All in all, thanks for the nice replys :)
