I recently upgraded my iPad Air 2 to an 11 inch iPad Pro and I am having a hard time finding a decent case. I went with the Apple smart folio to start but hated that it doesn't protect the sides whatsoever and I don't plan on buying or using an Apple pencil so I don't need the sides exposed. I used a Roartz case for my iPad Air that I got off Amazon the whole time I had it and still have it and love it but curious if there are any decent options for cases that disregard the apple pencil as I won't be using it.

This case is nice and protective. When I got the pencil, never intending to, altered the edge to fit the pencil. Works great either way..
Poetic iPad Pro 11 inch Rugged Case, Revolution [Built-in-Screen Protector][Kick-Stand][Not Supported Apple Pencil Magnetic Attachment] Full-Body Heavy Duty Case for Apple iPad Pro 11 (2018) - Black

What level of protection do you want and how much do you want to spend on a case?

I have been very happy with the rugged/waterproof cases from Catalyst. I have Catalyst cases on my IPM 4 and IPP 11. Yes the Catalyst case is expensive but worth it to me considering the cost of my IPad Pro.
