Hi
Just got my new iPad pro 2020 12.9 :)
I have a problem connecting to iTunes on my iMac late 2013.
I bought an Apple USB c to USB adapter, but it doesn't seem to work:-(
I need to restore from my iPad pro first generation backup in iTunes.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Mogens

Wow thanks...you are clever to see that. How old are you?

Are you running Catalina?

No Mojava. I’ve just ordered a Belkin usb c to usb cable, maybe it will solve the problem. I just saw that Ikea make a usb c to usb MFI cable. Much cheaper than the Belkin.

Depending on how much stuff you have on your old iPad, perhaps you could try a direct transfer option?

That was my first thought too. I got it connected with my iPad Pro first gen. 128 Gb and followed the instructions, but only icloud data got transferred. No apps, music etc. (I only have the free icloud account) ,my backup is in iTunes on the iMac. I tried a reset and delete one more time but with the same result. Both run ios 13.4.1.
