iPad Pro 9.7 Headphone Minimum Volume Level

Hi has anyone else noticed that the new iPad Pro 9.7 is louder at minimum volume compared to their other apple devices ? For example My iPhone 6 and iPad 3 are noticeably quieter at lower volumes whilst using headphones. Anyone know how I can lower the minimum volume on the 9.7 pro as I find the minimum volume too loud when I'm in a quiet room thanks.

Might not be the beta solution, but turn on either the bass booster which seems to lower it a bit, or turn on sound check and that should lower it too

Settings, music, volume limit. It affects the entire system, not just the music app.
