Ordered through Sprint like two days ago and I got the tracking number last night at 12:37 AM. UPS being delivered to Chicago. I have the tracking number but no other info. It is not yet showing up on the UPS website.
 
I finally got my shipment notification this morning as well. I had already found it on UPS, but nice to see it's ready on Apple's end too!

wondering if apple will ask UPS to hold that off. after all, it says available 31st.
if apple doesn't say that, instead, just plain say available 24th and only take orders online, then for sure 28th will be the day.

Sorry guys, I was mistaken. My bad, I misread the email on my phone. :( Mea culpa, mea culpa!!! The 28th delivery was for the stupid Verizon SIM card, not the iPad itself. The iPad Pro arrives on 3/31 with everyone else's. On that, I received my shipping notification for the iPad yesterday, which was shipped with a signature requirement (SOP by Apple I believe). Fortunately, there is a link included in the email that allows you to print a form to "pre-sign" for the package.... just print it, fill it out, and leave it on your front door. I'll fill that out tonight.

On the upside, though, today I will be receiving my Apple Pencil, Smart Cover, and Case today, so all the pieces will be here (including the SIM card) when the iPad arrives tomorrow.

Mine showed up in UPS and my Support Profile yesterday. It only has an origin scan thus far. Coming From the Nashville to Florida. Anyone else in the South East US?
 
I received a shipment notice at 6:02 ET this morning. My LTE unit is leaving Harrisburg, PA, for NYC delivery tomorrow. I originally ordered on 3/24 at 8:03 am but changed my mind later in the day and canceled that unit. I ordered an LTE unit instead at 21:22 that same day. Hope this helps with others' estimates.
 
My 256 space grey is in Ohio and UPS tracking says on time for tomorrow delivery to my house in Kentucky.

Ordered from Best Buy.

Ordered the Pro 9.7 and pencil on 3/27. Pencil was received yesterday and the iPad shipping info appeared this morning. On the UPS tracking, its first and current location is at Harrisburg, PA,with scheduled delivery on Thursday, 03/31/2016, by end of day. The pencil was shipped from the same location.

I am just not sure what the it means by 'Shipment issue - please contact Apple' on the Apple status. Hope it's just a glitch.

Ordered a day or two after preorder, expected to arrive tomorrow at my work.

UPS says its in Mount Juliet, TN and will be delivered to Chicago tomorrow. The UPS guy is typically here around 10 so i am expecting it pretty early. :D

I ordered early on the 24th from T-Mobile 32gb LTE model got my tracking last night around 1:30am est since then it has arrive in my city and I'm guessing will be delivered today. But the expected delivery section says information unavailable. But it's been here since about 6am so in guessing it's coming today.
 
Well mine just updated and it's out for delivery! Exciting!

I know they usually hold the packages so they can be delivered on launch day, I wonder if the mechanical failure they experienced this morning made a few slip under the radar - maybe...

I'm getting the same "Shipment Issue" thing. Not *too* worried yet... I planned to work from home tomorrow to make sure I get the delivery, so fingers crossed that the tracking # has some movement today. :/

I contacted Apple about the shipment issue, the rep couldn't find any issues.
They did double-charge me for the iPad (once the morning I ordered, then again Monday night). The 2nd one didn't clear my bank, so it flagged with Apple but they resolved it pretty promptly. no explanation as to why they double-authorized the purchase. I don't see any sign of 2 iPads being sent out to me.
 
So I called Apple this morning about the shipping thing and they said everything is fine on their end. They saw that message too but said it was a glitch in the system cause they just had a system upgrade not too long ago but she said it's on its way and will be here tomorrow!

clearly they need a few billion more dollars to build a cart system that actually works.

Ordered my 128GB Space Grey with the keyboard and pencil through the Apple business enterprise channel at 10:30 am on the 24th of March and received an email the following day saying that the iPad order is already delayed by A WEEK :( Forgoing any pleasant surprises...I'll be patiently waiting with my Apple Pencil, keyboard and Midnight Blue silicone case in hand until the iPad finally arrives. Guess that's the price you pay for a 2% discount!
