I've owned two other iPads and found beautiful, functional pivoting table stands for both. Of course neither work with my new slim, slightly smaller iPad pro.

I have my iPad 3 in a Mophie table top. It fits great, never worried about falling over. It cost around $80, I think. It tilts and switches from landscape to portrait easily. It's been in my LR and used as remote for my tv and mirroring via Apple TV. I can easily grab it and take it into another room or take it out and put it in the keyboard carrier.

Any suggestions for a table stand for my new iPad Pro? I just got one from Amazon and it's going back because it doesn't fit right and already fell over.

Thanks.

Table stand, right? This is what I use. Ten bucks on Amazon.

I got that, too, and I like it, but it only works on a desk or other flat surface. On the other hand, for use in bed or on sofa, I just use a bunch of assorted pillows, or I sit with my legs up and prop up the iPad on my legs.

Here's a picture of my tstand on the table. Honestly, the only time it will be on the table is when I'm NOT using it. So far it is awesome for lap use on the sofa, and last night I tried it for reading in bed (like they show in the ad), and it was an amazing experience.

Good to know...there's a good chance I may jump to the iPP v2 when it gets released.

I like this type of stand over something more elevated because then it would be too high (in portrait mode).
