I have a chance to upgrade from the Air 2 to the Pro 9.7" for about $70. Is it worth it? The better speakers sounds nice and the faster CPU. However, I only really use it for streaming and the only thing better about the screen seems to be True Tone?

I think it's worth the $70 for the newer chip and the better speakers.

It would be a downgrade from 64GB to 32GB though.

It would be worth it for the advantages, but the storage can be a deal breaker. That's entirely up to you. Do you think 32GB would be enough? If it isn't, I'd suggest you to stay. I've used devices with low storage (an iPod Touch 4G with 8GB) and in my case, it was unbearable.
I had a 64GB iPad 4 and had only used 22 when I got the 128GB Pro 9.7, but I had no doubts. 32 at that time might have been enough, but now I am using 32GB. Meanwhile, the 32GB version has 27 usable, not enough.
My point in the end is, if 32GB are enough, go for it, if it isn't, save for 128GB or stay with the Air 2.

The 9.7 Pro is fantastic! It’s certainly worth $70 for an upgrade. The memory downgrade does throw a small wrench in things, but if you’re like me and use iCloud for storage and never use a huge amount of iPad storage you should be golden.

Air 2 to 9.7 Pro is definitely worth it in my view

    P3 LED screen

    True Tone

    6s style camera

4-speakers, the sound is still excellent and on par with the newer models imo

ASK compatible (not great in 9.7, cramped, but mostly cramped if you’ve gotten used to 12.9 full ASK) and pencil compatible

It’s crazy to me its already almost 2 years old

Wow, didn't know about the P3 screen, but found some info on Anandtech. Thanks.
