iPad Pro iPad Pro 9.7 with Smart Keyboard: glitch?

For the most part I love the keyboard, but I've been noticing a number of oddities, like the attached.

Has anyone been noticing weirdness with the software-hardware interaction on the iPad Pro 9.7?

Yes. I have noticed a lot of glitches where the onscreen keyboard won't go away. Seems to be much more frequent than the 12.9" iPP.

You might be hitting the globe key in the bottom left? I kept doing that by accident to start with.

I've seen similar glitches with hardware keyboards in general. Some apps (including Apple's) don't always respond correctly to the software keyboard show/hide events when they happen on the fly.

I've not had any glitches on this end so far.

My keyboard sometimes fails to register when i hit the spacebar key and i have to pull it off and reattach it .is it worth changing it if i have to wait yonks to replace it?
