iPad Pro apps zoomed?

I’m having a problem with the apps being zoomed in. I’ll link pictures, is there anything that I can do to stop this? Display zoom is also turned off.

I have to exit and reopen the apps to stop this. I’ve restored as well, no luck.

Check under settings > display & brightness > zoom in.

That feature is off. All the zoom stuff is off in accessibility, and was while this happened.
