The day that I feel my iPhone is sufficient as a laptop replacement is the day I buy another iPad. So far we're not there yet. Getting closer, but for most people it's not quite there yet.

I think that you bring a great point. The differentiation between iPhone and iPad are few from a software standpoint. a Hopefully that differentiation comes sooner than later in iOS 11. Once that happens, I think that more apps will take off, but I am still waiting for the YouVersion Bible App to gain Split View. iPad just isn't a major priority.

I really hope that there is some awesome hardware updates for i{ad in the future. It would be great!

Good Morning all! Just wanted to follow up with all the Pastor's and Ministry leaders on how the iOS 10 update worked for your iPad Pro usage and if there were any improvements to your workflows. Looking forward to hearing from you all!

I'm still using my iPad pro. I do have an iMac at work but there are times when it bogs and it's quicker to use my "never bogging" iPad pro. Out of the office though I only use my iPad pro. I gave my wife my MacBook air because it was just collecting dust.

I'm about to start a youtube channel that focuses on the intersection of faith and tech, specifically how to utilize tech to enhance your life and work without it taking over. Going to call it TechChurch. I'm going to try to edit everything on the iPad pro so we'll see how that goes.

Here is where you can subscribe to the youtube channel. I just have test graphics and video up there for now. Once I get more subscribers, I'll be able to customize the name and get a short URL. I'd love if you'd help me get there by subscribing and sharing!

That's awesome! I will definitely follow. I think that people need to have a healthy balance of tech tools and life. I find that people are looking for resources like that. Please share some of the tools that you are using for ministry for iPad. I think that that would a be good share as well.
