iPad Pro as a Tablet

Can the IPP be used like a Wacom Tablet? I want to use the IPP with Photoshop CC and edit photos like a Wacom tablet? I know the IPP is going to display my photos stunningly. I'll bet watching movies on it is awesome. I know there are a ton of reasons to buy the 128 GB version, but my main reason is to use it with Photoshop.

Have a look at Astropad. This works surprisingly close to a Wacom Cintiq when connected through the USB-Lightning cable.
