I'm in HK (presently 13 hours ahead of NY). It's almost Wednesday, November 11...I'm ready to fork over some money for the iPad Pro online, but I'm wondering if I'll have to wait until tomorrow to buy online---when California passes 12:01am on Nov. 11. Is it like that?

Someone else posted a chat transcript with an Apple Store rep in another thread. It said:
"I would highly suggest being online right at 6:00 AM Central Time on Wednesday to make sure that you are one of the first people in line to guarantee a delivery window as soon as possible!"
Now, he could have been bluffing, and there's no telling if Apple have different plans for online launch in non-US locales.

Well, I can think of two kinds who would:
- The kind who goes off script and spills the beans, or
- The jerk who just wants to see how many people queue up 6 hours after it really launched at 12:00 AM central, HA HA HA HA!
