I bought my iPad Pro yesterday morning. The second time using it (tonight), I tapped the home button. The screen flashed white and it immediately went black. The iPad is at 50% charge. I've attempted to plug it in so iTunes could see it without any luck. I've also tried holding down the home button + power button for at least 60 seconds to invoke any type of restore/reset. None of these worked.
Has anyone had this issue? I might return it and get another if I can't find a solution.
