iPad Pro Ipad pro case removal 9.7 (bleeding thumb)

has anyone been able to take off the silicon 9.7 case for the pro? My finger is bleeding from trying to take it off...

I did not easily. Try to take of the bottom left corner first.

Try popping one of the corners near the cutout for the front cover. Trying to pry the edge loose will just give you bleeding fingers.

Er... Grab the corner from behind using your fingers (no thumb involved) and bend it away from the iPad.

Try using a shoehorn or a slim hammer. Wear heavy duty gloves and have bandages on the ready. Worked fine for me.

If you are asking Roy, I'm pretty sure he was kidding. If you are asking me, no I'm not kidding. The way to get tight covers off is to pull from behind, not try to push from front, which is how I imagine you got a bleeding thumb.

Also never use your nail... that is no good. I use my thumb to slide off the bottom on my iPhone, maybe the iPP 9.7" cover isn't cut out right. :/

Mine's quite easy to remove...

I am afraid mine removes pretty easy. I just pry off at the corner and it pops right off

It's not easy to get off, but don't use your nail. Try to pull off the bottom left corner first.

I went to the apple store and the easiest way is to do the aides closest to the open corners first, but not the corners themselves

After seeing the bleeding thumb, I would ask someone else to do it for you. I just do not understand how you could cut your thumb by removing the case.
