There is an imore forum discussing what appears tonne a d4ad spot on the pro screen.
If you don't have a pencil to try it, put your pro in landscape and tap the onscreen keyboard kept b.
After realising my pro creaks because the glue is not holing the battery/screen down, I now have this.

regardless of the iMore discussions, I'd say contact apple to get your iPad Pro replaced. What you posted is obviously not right and you seem to have a defective tablet.
