Right now I have a Surface Pro. My typical workflow is that I will keep PDF files and other documents stored on Dropbox so that when I edit/annotate them on my Surface Pro, all of those edits/annotations immediately and automatically propagate to every other device, such as my desktop computer attached to the same Dropbox account.
Does the iPad Pro, with its new file management system, finally have this capability? It seems that in the past, annotating/editing files and automatic propagation of the edits/annotations via Dropbox was somewhat clunky and less than automatic.
Is it more seamless now with iOS 11 and the new file management system?
Basically, what I want is to be able to use a PDF annotator to open a PDF on the iPad Pro, and when I am finished editing it in the PDF annotator app and I close out of the app, I want it to automatically update the file on Dropbox without me having to take any additional steps. Basically, open -> edit -> close, and then an hour later when I'm on my desktop computer and I open the same file, all of the annotations are automatically there.
Is this possible with iPad yet?
Thanks.
