iPad Pro Embedded Sim Activation

So I have an existing post paid line with ATT for my iPad. I did a DFU Restore and now I can't figure out how to add iPad back to the line it does not give me the option under cellular data to add it to an existing line. Can someone help?

Just use the transfer option and sign in with your AT&T credentials when prompted.
