Is it normal for the 11” iPad Pro to creak a bit when fully extending the iPad out? The first hinge doesn’t creak, but the second hinge makes a slight creaking sound when closing and extending it.

Edit: To clarify, it only creaks when it hits the maximum angle on the second hinge if I try to push it a bit further.

No noise from my MK. The only creaking noise was from my wallet when I paid for it 😉 I'd contact Apple for a replacement as is looks like a hinge problem.

Yeah I'll probably drop it off at a Apple store when they reopen. Also I think I should clarify, it only creaks a little bit when reaching the maximum angle. Is that the case for you?

No creaking even at maximum angle and I pushed it harder than I normally do once I got there but I don’t want to damage it or break it just to find out if I can make it start creaking 👍🏻

Ive had mine for about 2 weeks now, and i just noticed it today. Mine creaks when its going from slightly bent to straight. I’m waiting for Apple to call me back. I hope they give me a new one!
