I’ve been on the current iOS 12 build for over two weeks on my 10.5 LTE. Better than any other iOS I’ve had on it.

No problem for gestures I am only worry of bugs and battery consaption!
Have not yet encountered any bugs yet. But battery performance seems to have improved. But I think a few more days are needed to know for sure. Looking optimistic though.

Well, no release is bug free. iOS 12 has definitely fixed many of the problems of iOS 11, but there are new bugs (for instance, my ASK seems much more temperamental after upgrading, though I can always fix it by detaching and reattaching). Whether these issues will be showstoppers for you only you can judge.

Ok. Sure. I don’t use the ASK, I use the ASC + Pencil. So, I had no idea about the issue you mention. Likely a forthcoming update will fix things.

I’ve noticed that my iPad Pro 10.5 doesn’t charge to 100%. I can use fast charger, different cables and even a dock that uses the pins. This is really weird. It always stays around 98% even after being plugged in all night. This is specific to iOS 12

Should I stay on iOS 11.4 then? Or has the issue been resolved for you?

I found out that it was the particular cable that I was using. It was 3rd party. Now I', using Apple lightning with desired results.

Are you saying you found a third party cable that charges a device, but only to 98% and that happens only in iOS 12?
I find that’s rather hard to believe!
