iPad Pro iPad Pro Remaining Storage Discrepancy.

iPad Pro here. 2TB storage. It seems there are two different readings about how much storage is available. Under General - About it has one size, and under General - iPad Storage there is another. The two never seem to correspond. We’re talking nearly a TB difference.
Anyone else have this bug?

Perhaps you have orphaned files - junk files that are taking up a lot of space. It can happen if something gets corrupt. If you have a backup, maybe a factory reset and restore will fix things.

Someone else on these forums had a similar problem. An update fixed it. I’m thinking 17.1 will correct it.

Mine don't match, but the difference is about a gig and a half with About > General saying less. Not all that worried since I have 732 gigs free.

You should know tomorrow. Allegedly. If it updates to 17.1, and you still have the problem, try the reset.
