I can't remember the date mine was ordered (the hubs ordered it and it's under his account, not mine...I make him check status every day, though!) Anyway, my date is Sept 1 - 5, and still hasn't shipped. I ordered an Apple Pencil several days later that spent several days making it's way through China, then a week stuck in customs in China, then more than 2 days in Alaska, before finally making it's way to me after two weeks. Should I expect such delays when my iPad finally ships, or do they tend to fast track those through customs like they do with most of the phones?

I was scrolling on this forum last night to see what others wait times were and whatnot. I just thought I'd put it out there that I ordered an IPP 11" space gray 128 GB wifi only non-engraved, on August 13th. The estimated arrival is Sept 15-22. Its been in processing since I've ordered.

I just hope when it ships it comes from a warehouse in California as I live in California. I got like 4 more weeks of waiting. I hope that one day (soon) that line on the order status just magically moves up (probably not gonna happen until mid-Sept though ahah).

I considered getting mine engraved but I can’t wait that long... originally wanted 256MB but realized I don’t utilize much storage on the actual iPad (stream everything) and so I’m happy with mine @ 128. The only things I couldn’t compromise on were the color (space gray) and size (12.9).

I’m also impatient 😬.

Man this thing is amazing, I use it all day for work, school, and play. Take notes on it for class, and all my meetings, do all my video calls from it for work so I can keep doing stuff on my laptop and all...

Question - is it bad to keep my apple pencil connected to it all day/night? Don't want to ruin the battery or anything.

No, it charges to 100, then lets it discharge while it’s on the charger to about 80%, then charges it again. It’s perfectly fine.

Spill the beans! Mine's a non-airprint samsung colour laser printer (clp-325w i think)

I have a Canon Printer, and I downloaded the Canon for Business app. This allows me to connect to my Printer over WiFi, and print a Website, PDF, Image, or anything else from there. I believe Samsung has a similar app, just make sure your iPad is connected to the same WiFi network as your Printer.
Here’s how the Canon App works:

My order jumped from Processing to Delivery Tomorrow, haha. Order placed on Jul 27 for an iPad 11” 128GB WiFi in Silver, with the delivery estimate being Aug 20 - Aug 30.

Well, our iPads had a nice time meeting each other! The next flight here via Sioux Falls isn't until about 2:45am my time, which is the one mine would be on.

I ordered an 11", wifi only, no engraving, 512GB space gray iPad Pro last night.
My Apple Pencil and AirPods Pro already shipped, and it'll be arriving tomorrow.
The iPad is still processing and is estimated to arrive on Sept. 24 - Oct. 1.
The waiting time is torture 😖.

Is everyone checking there local stores? Mine said shipping first week of oct. checked this morning and two stores within 25 mins of me had it in stock. I could have picked it up today but was late for dinner. I have an appt tomm afternoon to go grab it.

If you ordered online to have it shipped to you can you change it to in store pick up? How were you able to pick it up in store?

I'm just itching to get out of Kentucky after 5 days lol. Have my eyes on close watch on these two flights - 9 hours til takeoff! I better not see any "unable to load your package onto the aircraft" or "A mechanical failure/late flight has caused a delay" scans in my tracking or else lol!

Your safe spot -- is it a house or is it a facility with lots of people? If you're with family outside of the path of destruction can you update the shipping info to go there? (I have an option to deliver somewhere else on the app - don't know if it has to be within 24 hours or not)

North Houston here. Hope you & your family are safe. Most of my family has evacuated the Golden Triangle area. Towards Katy and Conroe. Hoping it’s a quick and minimum damage Hurricane. If there ever was one. Blessings

@CjonesHouston Thank you, I am from the Golden Triangle. We lost everything to Hurricane Harvey 3 years ago and just hope we don’t have to go through that again.
