What 😱 already planning to bring out the iPad 12 already dang I just bought the iPad 11 to replace my iPad 9 😵💫
It’s the reason I choose an iPad Pro over a MacBook Pro/air.It'd be nice, but using your iPhone as a hotspot is such a seamless process. It connects automatically, you don't even need a password.
That's fine with me too.The only savings it provides is to apple's bottom line. If you think it will translate to lower prices you are in for a ride.
the ipad "classic" isn't on a yearly cycle though, the one just released replaced a 3 year old model. I wouldn't be expecting a new classic till at least 2027. Then again the air wasn't on a yearly cycle either; so who knows.I wonder what will happen if the base iPad receives an A17 and 8GB of RAM next year? The iPad Air will increasingly be awkwardly positioned.
It does not need it, it would be terrible for battery and heating issues. No thanksI hope it has wireless charging. Will make me upgrade. Otherwise I’ll hold on for a couple years.
Yah, after awhile, not having JIT won’t matter because the performance will be there.iPads finally have retro game emulators in the App Store, so the more processing power they have the better, because those emulators can't access JIT yet.
All the conversations up to the moment Apple makes a formal annoucement are about vaporware, not hardware. There are lots of prototype devices that never see a production line.
This is true, however Apple might be more willing for 18 months to debut Apple Intelligence in the base iPad. However, that would still be late 2026.the ipad "classic" isn't on a yearly cycle though, the one just released replaced a 3 year old model. I wouldn't be expecting a new classic till at least 2027.
