the 2020 ipadwas a terrible upgrade. It’s a 200-300 premium for a camera, slightly more ram, and to enable two graphics core on the same processor as the 2018.

they only released it for devs to play around with lidar before it launches on the iPhone.

Hardly a terrible upgrade, maybe if you had the 2018 model let’s face it mini led and faster chip will be the only difference

Yes, and 6 months later nothing uses the Lidar. Completely worthless upgrade IMHO.

I actually wonder if Apple might launch a 5G version of the existing iPP this side of Christmas ahead of a much bigger refresh in Q1/Q2 next year.

Samsung just launched their 5G tablet in Europe and its due in the US soon; as much as over here in the UK its really not worth paying extra for 5G currently; it does give Samsung a “win” in the eyes of many.
