iOS ipad programming under windows

I know this question will not be welcomed...
I don't have a Mac, nor an Iphone, nor an Ipad but....can I develop a program for Ipad under windows?

Exactly the same answers as for the iPhone: the SDK only runs on Mac OSX 10.6. Windows is not supported.
