iPad iPad return experience

    Anyone got an ipad and then returned to the apple store? Just wondering how was your experience and if you had any issues returning. Thinking of getting the ipad Air to test it but if I don't like it to return and get the mini. Thoughts?

    Haven't returned an iPad specifically, but have bought and returned a number of products at Apple Stores, including a MacBook Pro. Never had any trouble, they usually don't even ask you why you are returning it, or if they do it's just conversation. Quick, painless, in and out in five.

    I have used for a few days and then returned both the mini and iPad
    3 and 4. No questions asked and a full refund. That's why I usually buy
    my Apple products from their retail stores.

    I returned my original iPad mini with no problem or questions asked. They also accepted te accompanying Smart Cover for return even though it was past the 14 days (I bought at launch and the Smart Cover came weeks before the iPad, returned because I couldn't tolerate the non-Retina screen).
