iPad Safari split view

hey all
Running iOS 10 on my air 2 and wondering hoping anyone has figured out how to activate the safari split view? Is that feature not in this beta?

Have two tabs open in safari and the hold down and move the second tab to the side of the screen.

It's great that added this but I sure hope that other (stock) apps are soon added to have this feature so you can e.g. use 2 Word files side by side without using two apps like Apple Pages and Microsoft Word.

It's also needed to change the way you can search and add/remove apps from Slide Over/Split View view. The current way of selecting apps is pretty cumbersome to search an app you want to use.
