Would anyone know what the problem is with my spare iPad Air I have as the screen seems to have a mind of its own and keeps doing this on the video I have linked also launches in and out of apps as well

Would anyone know what the problem is with my spare iPad Air...
It is called ghost touching and has specific causes:
1) Static electricity feedback through case. Test by removing from case, hard reset. Settings, turn off autolock and let it sit on a table for a couple of minutes.
2) If the movement comes back, have the digitizer replaced otherwise, buy new case.
3) Or you could try the old whack the back of the iPad hard in the palm of your hand to see if it reseats the digitizer cable. Google for video demo of the proper way to whack it.

Sorry, could not tell if the iPad had a case on from the video, it was a little dark.
