I've got a 64GB iPad 3G AT&T. Original first gen. It is in excellent condition and is fully functional. What's a good price to ask for this?
 
Have a look on eBay/Craigslist and see what people are paying for them. Then start the bidding a bit higher, and lower it if you get no bids.
