Anyways, it sends out during 3G and WIFI at home, even when my home computer is switched off, so i know for sure its my iPad. I have 5.1 installed and even after i upgraded from 5.0 the problem persists!

Any help will be highly appreciated,

Thanks in adavnce!

Sounds like your email account's been hacked, not your iPad. You should change your password immediately.

It is almost certainly the email account as been hacked not the iPad.

(i.e. the mail server e.g Gmail is where the mail is sent from and where the attachments are added.)

What sort of account are we talking about? @me.com, gmail, hotmail?

I don't think any third party email Apps for iOS would do this (if so hey would be off the App store very fast)

That's not definitive proof that it's your iPad. As stated above, you account could have been compromised. Additionally, it's possible that your email was being spoofed. You'd have to carefully look at the email headers to actually begin to understand what's going on.

I had a similar issue a few months back. Emails being sent that weren't from me. I found out about it because my email was also in my address book so I got the email and noticed it was also sent to everyone in my address book. Nothing pornographic but not an email sent from me. So I warned all my contacts via a follow up email to not open it and delete it. Changed my password and haven't had that issue since.

This happened on my yahoo account btw.

I had my Yahoo Mail account sending mail. I took the iPad to my small local cable company and they found that my Yahoo account had been hacked. I changed my password and it stopped,

That happens pretty frequently with Yahoo mail. Happened to my mom, dad, some friends, even to me on an old account I never use anymore.
There's a way to look at the places from which your account has been accessed. My dad figured out how to find it somewhere in the settings and he could see someone logged into his account from Somalia or some place like that. Changed his password and it's been fine since.

If you bought an antivirus app for your iPad, you did spend a few bucks on nothing! There is no such thing as an iPad virus.
