All iPads iPad smart folio spine tear day 1

So I bought a smart folio with my iPad Air, and after 1 day of use the spine material was starting to tear on one side. I’m obviously going to return it, but I’m just curious if others have had this issue so quickly.

now I’m considering the magic keyboard, but I’m concerned because it also looks like it’s made from the same material. I expected better durability from a case!

I bought one from Amazon and I wasn't impressed by it. This thing is $80 and not worth it so I returned it.

Most of the Magic Keyboard is made out of different materials. They just look similar.
