Goodnight MacRumors =)

I'm creating a iPad Application with splitview, but i want to open a new view with a IBAction, do somebody know how to do that? like a navigation controller?

Bye,
Kimo

*ps. Sorry for my english, i'm from holland

Yep Navigation Controllers are your friend in this instance.
The standard Splitview Controller should have Navigation Controllers on both Master and Detail for you to pop in your new view.

Hmm,

Thing is, where do you want show a new xib, when you click a root item, and it should display a new one in the detail or what?

PS: in Dutch (anders stuur je maar pm, en kan ik daar wel wat vragen beantwoorden).

@Mattin0z,
Thanks, i will try to figure it out!

@jnoxx,
Thanks, i'm waiting for the requirments because, you must be a 1 day member to send pm's

The answer on your question is:
I have a sort off website in the detail, and in the master i have a tableview, if you click on a city in the master then the master will open a webpage in the detail, but i want a button in the detail like, open test pdf in pdf viewer, then it must open the pdf viewer view, but my pdf viewer have a new delegate and a new view, so how can i open that new view with the splitview?

Just wait till your time is over, and send me a pm, because i can better explain it in Dutch, and don't wonna flood this topic with Dutch ^_-

Oke, thanks for the help anyway.

I'm trying to PM you now, but it fails, because i don't know how :( can i email you?
