iPad iPad stuck on wheel iOS 7 beta 2

I installed iOS beta 2 on my 32gb iPad 2, and tried restarting it to get rid of an annoying glitch with the menu bar. Now it's stuck restarting, switching between a white apple logo and a spinning wheel that doesn't actually spin. Any suggestions?

Do you mean restoring back to iOS 6? Or could the issue still be alleviated if I restore with iOS 7?

Same thing happened to me. Just restore to iOS7 and it should be fine.
