iPad tethering.

Ok so I have a iPad 3 iOS 5.1.1 also a iPhone 3GS running iOS 5.1.1. Now I managed before to connect via Bluetooth to get tethering working. Suddenly it's just not connecting and they don't fine each other.

Any suggestions how to solve???
