iPad troubleshooting.

So my iPad was updating to the newest version of iOS and my internet went out while it was updating.. and the iPad is basically bricked. I tried restoring it and in the mist of the download it throws an error 32xx (forgot the last 2 numbers). Any tips?

Pres the power and home button until you get the apple logo in the screen, then stop pressing both buttons. After that press the home button and while pressing it connect the usb cable to the ipad and itunes should recognize it in recovery mode, hope it helps!

After the OS downloads and I go to restore it to it (from recovery mode) it throws that.

My IPad screen returns to the opening desktop screen when I do not want it to. I need to start all over again. Is ther a setting that I need to change?
