iPad unlock with doulci?

is it possible to unlock an iPad, with that doulci thing?

Is there any downside or something? I mean, can you only unlock iPad mini, or iPad 4?

I read somewhere, if you use doulci to unlock an iPhone, you can't use your sim car.. Is that true?
And you can only unlock iPhone 5? Or it is working for 5s,6?

I don't know about this doulci thing, but all iPads are unlocked unless you bought them in Japan.
