iPad usage question

I have the wifi only iPad, is there any way to check out my usage and standby times?

I have a iPhone and it is listed in the settings app but I can't seem to find it on the iPad settings.

If for some reason the iPad does not have this, is there some app that will tell me?

I wanted the exact same thing but there isn't. Theres no app or even jailbroken app.
