iPad VPN and screen sharing

Hi! I have VPN at work on Mikrotik router and screen sharing set on my imac! I can connect to VPN from iPad from other network, but I can't share screen trought this VPN! Within works local LAN screen sharing from iPad works just fine!

Does anybody have similar problem or any suggestions?
