Piggie macrumors G3 Feb 23, 2010 9,293 4,334 Mar 18, 2011 #3 How fast does it pick up satellitels? The very early TomToms and some cheap SatNav's took ages to find and lock onto Satellites. Later ones with better GPS chipsets were miles faster, and also could even find them when you were indoors.
