iPad World clock showing time of your location?

According to the iPad manual "the first clock displays the time based on your location when you set up iPad". Mine isn't doing that, is yours?

Nope. Mine shows Cupertino.

I don't recall any of my iPad's ever doing this (until you add your location in the clock app)

I just opened my world clock app and I have a clock for my location.
