All iPads iPad - Zoom recommendation

I’m looking for the least expensive option for a Zoom only iPad. It will no be used for anything else. Was thinking a first gen Air. Will that work?

Yes, or a mini 5, or a new iPad (8th.gen), basically, any iPad would do the trick..

Anything as old as an iPad 2 will work with Zoom. 🙂

My only caution is the general risk that the oldest/cheapest device that will run the app may soon be unable to run that app due to changes made by the app developer. Further, older battery-operated devices are more likely to need a battery replacement. It could be worthwhile to invest slightly more in order to have a potentially longer life.
