Looking for an iPad2 neoprene case that will take our iPad2's with the smartcover ON, tried several but to no avail. can you help?

I would try the ultimate sleeve case (you can get one specially made for iPad 2 with smart cover) from sfbags.com.
 
I ordered this for mine. It should be here in a day or two but from the description and reviews I think it's what we're both looking for.
