iPad iPad2 - View file/movie size? Total file space taken?

New to the iPad world and wondering how to view individual file sizes. If I have a handful of movies/videos downloaded from iTunes - is there anywhere I could go to see how big each one is so I can delete the largest ones?

Related question - is there a utility that will allow me to at least see how much space is left on the iPad? I know there is nothing like File Explorer in the windows world - but wondering if there was at least that.
