iPad iPad3 facetime not working

blank black screen, have not noticed it before but anyone familiar with this problem? is it a result of the new JB or something else?

Do you have quasar installed? It does not work with quasar

Settings, Quasar, Disable, Apply Springboard,

Quasar affects FaceTime, Skype, and YouTube...

It's Quasar's fault. Disable it and Facetime will start working again.

ahhhhhhhhhhh ok THANKS I wiped it.... then re JB it and its working fine.. but glad to know thats what it is so I dont reinstall it.
